Ning Jin is the principal of JR Associates. Over the past 14 years, he has helped clients from around the world resolve numerous immigration-related issues. Ning has received comprehensive legal education from China, US and Canada, and has extensive law firm and corporation experience in immigration law.
There have been some important changes to the way immigration consultants are regulated in Canada. The Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism announced that the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) is the new regulatory body for immigration consultants. Ning Jin is still a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and is recognized as an authorized representative by Citizenship and Immigration Canada. His name appears on the ICCRC website’s Membership List. Individuals on either list are authorized to provide immigration services.
